6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kilo. Research from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, misuse of any product purchased, or violation of any third-party right.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kilo. Research is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association’s rules.

By placing an order with Kilo. Research, you are entering into this Research Use Agreement. Violation may constitute a breach of federal and/or state law and may result in civil or criminal liability.

1. Researcher Representations & Warranties

By purchasing, Researcher represents, warrants, and certifies that: they are at least 18 years of age; they are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized representative of a legitimate research institution; all compounds will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research in a proper research setting; they will NOT administer any compound to themselves or any other human being; they will NOT administer any compound to animals except in the context of a properly approved licensed research protocol; they will NOT resell purchased compounds to any individual for personal use; they will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; and they understand these compounds are not FDA approved for human or animal therapeutic use.

2. Prohibited Uses

Strictly prohibited: human ingestion, injection, or self-administration; veterinary use outside properly approved research; use as dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or food additive; use as cosmetic ingredient; resale for personal or therapeutic purposes; any use violating FDA regulations or applicable law; and any purpose not consistent with legitimate scientific research.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release

Researcher assumes ALL risk associated with the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, and use of compounds purchased from Kilo. Research. Researcher hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Kilo. Research from any and all claims arising from Researcher’s use of purchased compounds.

4. Indemnification

Researcher agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kilo. Research from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from breach of this Agreement, misuse of purchased compounds, personal injury or property damage caused by use of purchased compounds, or violation of any applicable law.

5. Record Keeping

Kilo. Research maintains records of all Research Use Agreements accepted, including email address, phone number, IP address, and timestamp of acceptance. These records may be produced in response to valid legal process.

Refund Policy

No Returns on Research Compounds

Due to the nature of research compounds, Kilo. Research does not accept returns of any products once shipped.

When Refunds Are Issued

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Damaged in transit (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Quality issue — product does not meet stated purity specifications
  • Lost in transit — confirmed lost by carrier after investigation
  • Order not fulfilled within 5 business days

To request a refund, contact info@kiloresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Kilo. Research is a violation of these Terms. We maintain complete records of all orders, shipments, and Research Use Agreement acceptances. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation.
