Growth Hormone Secretagogues in Research

Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 are two of the most studied growth hormone secretagogues in research settings. Ipamorelin is a selective GHRP that stimulates GH release through ghrelin receptor activation with high selectivity. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue that extends the half-life of growth hormone releasing hormone signaling.

Both compounds have been studied extensively in preclinical models examining growth hormone axis modulation, and they represent different but complementary approaches to GH research.
